Daryl Bradford Smith had no guest today. He gave one of his typical rants instead. Here are the highlights:

(1) Daryl Bradford Smith asserts that Arthur Koestler's The Thirteenth Tribe deals with Talmudic history and with the "Frankists," etc. As noted in an earlier post, no where in the book does Koestler mention the name "Jakob Frank." Not once. See the index yourself. [1]

(2) Daryl Bradford Smith takes a lot of time today talking about this new page on his Website. [2] He claims that it is a summary of why he and the coward Eric Hufschmid believe the Mossad carried out the 9/11 attacks. It's perhaps useful to look over their reasons.

(a) The Five Dancing Arabs

It is often claimed that five dancing Israelis -- dressed as Arabs -- were celebrating in New Jersey as the WTC fell down across the river. Hufschmid writes, "The police discovered that they were Israeli army veterans, not Arabs."

Let me say this once again -- every Israeli over age 18 serves in the Army and all men are reservists until age 54. That they were army veterans is, therefore, a moot point at best.

Two links are offered, one to the Washington Post and one to the London Telegraph. But neither story, while talking about Israelis on visas being detained after 9/11, talks about dancing Israelis. The links are there to fool you into thinking that Hufschmid has proof for his claims. If he had proof, he'd offer an article that mentioned these dancing Israelis. He doesn't because he can't..

(b) The Israeli Spy Ring

Let's assume that this is true. Does it prove that the Mossad carried out 9/11? No, it doesn't. All it proves is that Israel spies on us. We spy on Israel. All countries spy on other countries, if they have decent intelligence services. It's no big news that Israel spies on us; that's why Jonathan Pollard is in jail.

(c) Larry Silverstein is a Zionist

Oh, my God! A Jewish guy is a Zionist. Well this particular Jewish guy apparently was the landlord of several of the WTC buildings. What does this prove? Nothing.

(d) Pentagon Cannot Account for $2.6 Trillion

So what? I mean, yes, it's shocking that the Pentagon lost this much money (though they do spend roughly one-eighth that amount per year), but it proves that 9/11 was carried out by the Mossad? No, it doesn't.

(e) The 9/11 Attack Follows a Pattern

Supposedly, the 9/11 attack follows other Israeli military/intelligence operations carried out against the U.S. First of all, the bombing of the King David Hotel by the Irgun was not a hidden attack, nor was it against the U.S. -- it was against the U.K. base of operations in Palestine. As for as it being secret, not only did Begin claim responsibility for the attack, but he phoned ahead to let people know the building had a bomb in it.

The Lavon Affair was an attack on the U.S., but it was never approved by the Prime Minster (Moshe Sharrett). It was the individual initiative taken by Yitzhak Lavon, the defense minister, to shore up support for Israel. It was successfully covered up for six-odd years, but the truth ultimately came to light. It is, in fact, the only attack by Israel on the U.S. that was ever carried out purposefully.

The attack on the U.S.S. Liberty was an accident, as noted elsewhere by me.

How Zionist boycotts of Germany are involved in all this, I have no idea. Nowhere in Untermeyer's speech does he say he is doing it to stir up anti-Semitism. Rather, he says he is doing it as a reaction against anti-Semitism. You can read the transcript yourself and see. [3]

So there really is no pattern of Israeli attacks against the U.S.

(f) Israelis Are Suspected of Instigating Fights Even Today in Iraq

Smith and Hufschmid offer no mainstream sources to support this allegation.

(g) The Media is Controlled by Zionists

This would be their answer to my answer to (f) above, I suppose. But still, even if we accept this notion as 100 percent true (and I'm not sure we can -- not even every Jew is a Zionist), does this prove that 9/11 was carried out by the Mossad? No, it does not.

(h) Zionists Have a World-Wide Network

Smith and Hufschmid write, "Millions of dollars of profit were made in suspicious stock trades. The governments of America, Europe, and Japan announced plans to investigate in order to determine who the investors were. However, every investigation was terminated." Again, what proof do they offer? None. If the Zionist network is large, it is because there are Jewish communities all over the world. Does this prove the Mossad carried out 9/11. Nope.

(i) Most of the 9/11 Truth Seekers are Zionists

Again, this would require some sort of proof.

Actually, this is untrue. This only points to Smith's pattern of pointing to his enemies and labeling them Zionists, myself included, without a shred of proof. Find a pro-Israel statement by Alex Jones or Webster Tarpley. Can you?

(j) Most People Pushing UFOs are Zionists

Even if this were true (and I doubt it), so what?

(k) AIPAC and Jack Abramoff

Here Hufschmid and Smith provide a source on whether Abramoff aided in the 9/11 attacks. The source is Daniel Hopsicker, who says Mohammad Atta was a guest on Abramoff's boat. He is the only source they cite. Is this proof of a Mossad 9/11 conspiracy?

That's the extent of the "proof" offered for Mossad complicity in the 9/11 attacks. Often they will also mention that 4,000 Zionists and Jews were told to stay home on 9/11. My wife's cousin, who was Jewish, was killed in the North Tower on 9/11. Why didn't he get a call? Look at the list of victims and see the Jewish last names. [4] Why weren't they told to stay home?

(3) Daryl Bradford Smith repeats the lie that Judaism allows men to have sex with children. I have already addressed this in one of Smith's interviews with Ted Pike.
