When I first met fan, there were highlights, hijinks and lowjinks, but definitely no lowlights. There is nobody who I have ever met who has been more averse to lowlights than fan-fkn-tastic. If we put it in her own words, 'we will have no lowlights in our time', then we wouldn't even have a phrase such as that one to quote, so it is lucky that we are avoiding putting anything in her own words.

Somebody once said that fan was an encyclopedia for indie. Actually, if I am to be honest, they claimed that she was an 'encylcopedia', and I rashly assumed that they had meant encyclopedia but had become temporarily disabled. Fan is somebody who loves to be complimented as long as the compliments make her seem better than other people, but certainly not nice or kind. She does not care if these compliments are lies and falsifications, as may be illustrated by her wish that the following quote (which is also the aforementioned quote(!)) be included within her BluWiki entry.
