Lone Star Steakhouse Information

Lone Star Steakhouse Restaurants aim to give you a taste of Texas no matter where you are. The mesquite-grilled steaks are hand-cut every day at each of the restaurant locations. Portions are Texas-sized and no one goes away hungry, yet prices are moderate enough for family dining. At Lone Star you'll feel like you're home on the range with upbeat country music and a down home and relaxed western atmosphere which includes a fully stocked bar.

What's on the Menu?

You can get started with a taste of Texas sampler that includes Lone Star skins, crispy onion strings and buffalo chicken tenders. Or try the Amarillo cheese fries, smothered in jack cheese, cheddar and bacon and served with Texas ranch dressing. There are also soups and chili, great to warm your belly on a cool day.

For those who love salads, the signature steak and wedge salad is a lettuce wedge served with tender sliced steak medallions, red onion, bacon, tomato, crumbled bleu cheese and topped with bleu cheese dressing. Or you can try the Caesar salad and top it with a grilled chicken breast for a bit extra.

Make sure you save room for the main course! Lone Star steaks are aged, grain-fed beef seasoned with Lone Star's special seasoning and grilled over mesquite wood to your specifications. Whether it's a ribeye, a porterhouse, a NY strip or a filet mignon, it'll be done to a turn and tasty. Add a side of mushroom gravy, caramelized onions, or grilled shrimp to make it special. There are also steak combos that include a 6 oz. sirloin with your choice of barbecue chicken, grilled shrimp, fried shrimp, sweet bourbon salmon, or baby back ribs.

Additional Menu Items

For those who want something other than steak, there's the sidewinder chicken, the mesquite-grilled pork chops, the seafood combo, or the baby back ribs.

You get two side orders with any entree, and the choices are sure to satisfy even the pickiest eater.

Lone Star Logo

Lone Star Steakhouse has recently introduced a new 2 for $25 menu which includes two full sized main course meals plus an appetizer to share.

Did you bring the whole family? There's a kid's menu with the perennial kid favorites of macaroni and cheese or a hamburger, but if your little cowpuncher wants steak, he or she can order the steak medallions in half pint size.

If you want to eat a bit lighter there's a burger and sandwich menu that is available all day. There's also a full lunch menu, which includes smaller portions of most of the dinner entrees at lunchtime prices.

Private Dining

Each Lone Star Steakhouse location offers an Alamo Room for private dining at no additional cost. This is a great cost saving way to host an event, a party, or a business meeting.
