Purpose
Some page names are repeatedly vandalized. If the page name is useful, then the problem is complex. If it is not, the solution is simple: Blank the content and lock (protect) the page name. {{blank}} merely displays a standard notice; it's better than to present the reader with a puzzling waste.
The notice is a deliberately uninformative dead end. Any link out would offer itself as a new target for vandalism.
Usage
{{blank}}
Blank the offending page and insert this template. There are no parameters. Then, protect the page.
