Audio Procedure

Conducting an Interview<br />

  • 1. Contact the artist’s regarding a possible interview<br />
  • 2. Arrange a time and place for the interview that is convenient to interviewee<br />
    • a. Arrange any special "needs" the artist may require (specific location/food)<br />
    • b. Ensure the location for the interview is clear from fans<br />
  • 3. Research the artist (any new songs and/or albums coming out)<br />
    • a. Arrange audio recording devices (2 prefferable)<br />
    • b. Latest albums<br />
  • 4. Purchase extra batteries for recording units in case of failure

Six Essential Quality Manual Procedures

a. Control of documents procedure
 - Ensure that once documents are used, they are stored in a locked filing cabinet.
 - If documents are to be copied/borrowed, they are signed out for.
 - There is a digital copy of the documents in case of fire/natural disaster.<br />
b. Internal audit procedures
 - Conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001
 - The Quality Assurance Manager defines the specific criteria, scope for the maintenance of the manual.
 - Any updates are to be confirmed with the Quality Assurance Manager before any changes are made.<br />
c. Control of non-conforming product procedure
 - When there is a problem with the procedure, the manual will have to be reviewed/adjusted.
 - The Quality Assurance manager ensures that the files conform to current procedures, and are updated regularly.<br />
d. Corrective action procedure
 - A meeting is held with the managers of all sectors of the company to ensure no biased rules are applied.
 - Changes are agreed upon by the committee and also decided on in unison.<br />
e. Continuous Improvement
 - A quartlerly meeting is held and/or once every stocktake to ensure operations and manual is kept up to date.
 - Staff suggestion boxes which may also remain anonymous for possible changes/improvements.<br />
f. Customer satisfaction
 - Customer feedback forms are vital as it allows customers to have important say with possible changes to procedure.
 - Staff that are faced with customers, are to get a satisfaction fillout form to hand in to managers for possible re-evaluation.
