You can embed a few different things in your Plurks.

• To embed Flickr pictures, type the URL of the photo.
  Example: http://flickr.com/photos/somebody/111111111
• To embed YouTube videos, type the URL.
  Example: http://youtube.com/watch?v=oHg5SJYRHA0
• To embed ImageShack pictures, type the direct URL for the image.
  Example: http://img213.imageshack.us/img213/2347/35791532bd2.jpg
• To embed TinyPic pictures, type the direct URL for the image.
  Example: http://i12.tinypic.com/2ni2oma.gif
• To embed Photobucket pictures, type the direct URL for the image.
