[edit] Intro

There are several sections which are pretty incomplete on this side, please feel free to add any missing informations.

Hi Lubot,
Great side, but it mite be an idea to include the words PA2510 (and others) type of computers for leeding to this great side, which actually solves a lot of problems.
Keep it up:)
Brutho
Thanks Brutho,
Since i only own the mainboard (bought at eBay), i have no clue how these systems are named.
I will add "Amilo Pa2510" to the Intro section. More names are welcome.
EDIT: searching "Pa2510" at google reveals that the Pa2510 is a notebook. Does the M2R-FVM really fit inside a notebook?
lubot

It fits in the Scaleo PA2510.

[edit] SATA BIOS broken

Does the SATA controler generally not work or only if RAID is enabled? What exactly does not work? -lubot

Only with RAID enabled. You cant even enter the Raid-Bios. The Message with the needed keys is missing. The controller doesnt recognise the old Raid0-Set. Reflash of the original Bios solves the problem, the Raid-Set is working again.

Ok i will investigate it. Thank you for your help. -lubot

Thx. Without a Raid the ModBios works just fine (2nd PC).

I tried some SATA roms (2.5.1540.37, 2.5.1540.33_1 and 2.5.1540.27_1) none of them did work. So i switched back to the default version 2.5.1540.18. I will upload it later. -lubot

[edit] CPU max.?

Can I build in a Athlon X2 6400+ Black Box in this Board (ASUS M2R-FVM)????

THX Pizzaman

There is a german forum post (http://forum.kasperskyclub.com/index.php?showtopic=4195) about it. Someone reports running an Athlon X2 6400+ on the M2R-FVM.

The Pics show an Asus M2N Board. Looks a little different to my M2R. I think its not very interesting for FJS to work out an new Bios Version.
