What is this? Two YC founders are looking to create a hacker atmosphere similar to one they started on the East coast. We'll be sharing a house in Palo Alto, CA within walking distance of University Ave and CalTrain.
There will be a main area with 5-7 desks, whiteboards, and fast internet. We'll be spending most of our time there hacking and rocking out to good music.

About the house
Basic details:
- Rent: approx $800 / month depending on the size of your room. Includes utilities.
- 5 rooms, 2 baths, 9 whiteboards
- Includes 2 large rooms that could potentially be shared
- Main area has space for 4-7 desks, so we're looking for a total of 4-7 occupants
- Great location: 354 Poe St., Palo Alto, CA
- View on maps.google.com
- Within walking distance of:
- University Ave (numerous bars, coffee shops, stores, facebook's hq)
- Palo Alto caltrain
- Stanford University (long walk - you'd probably want to bike)
- Lease commitment is from Jan 1st - April 31st. If we like each other we can stay here past April. We'll play it by ear.
- Plenty of parking (private driveway & street parking)

- INTERNET: 30mb down / 9mb up (w00t!!!!!.1!!.)
- Washer/dryer
- Projector
- Gigabit wired network / Wireless B/G/N network
- Numerous desks (there's space for at least 6 in the main area)
- Sweet sound system
- Workstation laser printer (HP 4250)
- No dishwasher :(
