Quality Assurance Manual

Quality Assurance covers all activities from design, development, production, installation, servicing and documentation, this introduced the rules: "fit for purpose" and "do it right the first time". It includes the regulation of the quality of raw materials, assemblies, products and components; services related to production; and management, production, and inspection processes.

One of the most widely used paradigms for QA management is the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) approach, also known as the Shewhart cycle

Conducting an Interview

  • 1. Contact the artist’s regarding a possible interview
  • 2. Arrange a time and place for the interview that is convenient to interviewee
    • a. Arrange any special "needs" the artist may require (specific location/food)
    • b. Ensure the location for the interview is clear from fans
  • 3. Research the artist (any new songs and/or albums coming out)
    • a. Arrange audio recording devices (2 prefferable)
    • b. Latest albums
  • 4. Purchase extra batteries for recording units in case of failure

a. Control of documents procedure
- Ensure that once documents are used, they are stored in a locked filing cabinet. - If documents are to be copied/borrowed, they are signed out for. - There is a digital copy of the documents in case of fire/natural disaster. b. Internal audit procedures

What is Warchild?

Warchild is the name that I have given to a guild that I currently own/run. The guild exists on a MMORPG game called World of Warcraft.
